The Smallholding Centre

Specialising in the sale of smallholdings and rural properties in South West Wales.

www.thesmallholdingcentre.co.uk

The Smallholding Centre has been established for well over 20 years. We are an estate agency, specialising in the sale of smallholdings and rural properties in the beautiful countryside of South West Wales.

We are Martyn and Kay Buck and we took over the Smallholding Centre in 2002. Leaving jobs and family behind, we moved from a town in Somerset to a rural part of Wales, so we're well-placed to offer advice to potential purchasers on making such a move.

Many of our customers are looking for a lifestyle change:

· some looking to escape the rat race and work from home;

· some aiming for self-sufficiency;

· some hoping for an alternative income;

· some simply looking for a rural retreat

· but all looking for an increased quality of life within the glorious beauty of the Welsh countryside.

We sell a whole range of properties including:

Smallholdings Cottages Equestrian Properties Barns to Convert Properties with Income Opportunities

We aim to offer a friendly, efficient and personal service to vendors and purchasers alike. Please contact us to discuss your requirements on 01239 851242.

wholly coastal. There is stunning beaches and charming picturesque seaside harbours. The county offers a wonderful, healthy, outdoor lifestyle

Carmarthenshire has the Black Mountain, which is part of the Brecon Beacons National Park. It's thriving market towns, castles, cosy pubs and lush green valleys are steeped in folklore, myth and legend.
