We are 3 experienced women with 6 good horses. We are looking for a bigger premesis as we do not have enough shelter etc where we are and do not have the option to errect any more shelter. A field with stables/shelter of some kind would be ideal but a plain secure field with the opportunity for US to build a field shelter would also be good. Running water or nearby running water essential. field would need to be min of 6 acres (we would possibly look at moving the oldest 3 away to a filed if suitable so if you have or no of a smaller field i.e. 3-4 acres please let me know). Our horses are tended to twice a day and are well behaved. field would be maintained, poo picked regularly anf and fence posts etc that need repairing would be done so. Would pay 1st of each month.
